摘要
清管及挤涂工具的阻卡探测系统是采用甚低频无线电波发射、接收。将发射机与清管工具或管内壁涂层挤涂工具制成一体置于管内，利用气流推动并沿管线运动；若遇阻塞，发射机则在阻卡位置发射出无线电波；利用传感器、接收机和检测器探测到发射机位置，即清管器或挤涂器的阻卡位置，达到准确定位探测的目的，然后进行故障排除。发射器发出的信号还可通过．指示器调制、放大再传递到站内无线通讯电台上，实现远距离传输功能。
Cloge detection system of pigging and extrusion tools is adopting very-low-frequency radiowave emission and reception. Emitter and pigging tool or extrusion tool are put together in pipe and are pushed forward along pipeline by gas stream. The emitter emits radiowave as soon as cloge is met.Through sensing device,receiving device and detector the cloge's location can be determined.Then the cloge is erased by pigging or extrusion tool.The radiowave signal can be sent to radio communication station after modulating and enlarging in indicator to achieve longdistance operation.
