摘要
四川石油管理局各矿区使用的Ｆ３２０—３ＤＨ钻机，存在燃油消耗高、设备利用率低、操作维修不便等一系列问题，为此改进研制了四机二泵传动并车系统，以替换原Ｆ３２０—３ＤＨ钻机的五机二泵分组驱动系统。现场试验表明，研制的四机二泵系统克服了Ｆ３２０—３ＤＨ传动系统设计的不足，完全能满足钻并工艺的要求。改造后的钻机在搬迁、安装、操作、维护等方面，更为方便、安全，所获得直接经济效益和间接经济效益显著。
F320-3DH drilling rigs used in the branch districts of Sichuan Petroleum Administration has the defects suth as high fuel consumption, inconvenient operation and maintenance. low utilization factor etc. A remade compounding transmission with 4 engines and 2 pumps replaces the old sytem of F320-3DH drilling rig with 5 engines and 2 pumps. On-site test showes that the compounding transmission can remedy the defects and meet the demands of drilling techniques. The remade rig is more convenient and safe than the old one in the aspects of transportation,installation, operation and maintenance. Direct and indirect economic benefits are notubly obtained.
