摘要
本文用超临界CO_2,流体技术对芫荽子的萃取进行了研究,探讨了原料粒度、温度、压力、流体密度对萃取效率的影响,并对其中挥发油的选择性萃取作了初步探索。
In this paper,a study of supercritical CO2 fluid extraction of coriander seed was made. Parameters influencing the extraction efficiency such as temperature,pressure and CO2 density were investigated and the selective extraction of volatile oil was initially researched.
