摘要
调查中国华北地区５个皮毛厂接触皮毛尘工人的全部癌发病率为５０４．４１／１０５．同对照组全癌发病率１４９．７６／１０５比较有非常显著差别（Ｐ＜０．０１）。其中单纯接触皮毛尘癌发率为７２１．６５／１０５，接触混有化学物质（包括有致癌性的ＣｒＯ３等化学物质）皮毛尘的癌发率为４１８．９８／１０５，两者间没有明显差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。说明皮毛尘可以引起癌病高发，且与生产过程中加入的各种化学物质没有明显关系，主要是皮毛尘的作用。
Cancer incidence of workers exposed to fur dust was studied in five fur processing factories.The results showed that the incidence of all cancers was 504.41/105.Concerning cancers in different sites,incidences of the cancer of digestive tract and respiratory tract were 329.81/105 and 126.10/105,respectively.The incidence of total cancers,digestive tract cancers and respiratory tract cancers were 149.76/105, 85.58/105 and 64.18/105,respectively in control group.There was significant difference for all cancers and digestive tract cancers between the fur dust group and controls(P<0.01; P<0.05)The incidences of all cancers in workers exposed to pure fur dust and to mixture fur dust were 721.65/105 and 418.98/105,respectively and there was no statistical significance.It was suggested the fur dust increased the risk of cancer incidence.
