摘要
雷公藤（ＴｒｉｐｔｅｙｇｉｕｍｗｉｌｆｏｒｄｉｉＨｏｏｋ）治疗３８例肾炎患者，其中慢性肾小球肾炎１０例（普通型７例，肾病型３例），狼疮性肾炎２２例．紫癜性肾炎６例。其结果显示３８例患者总缓解率为３９．４７％，有效率为４４．７４％，二者合计达８４．２１％。说明雷公藤治疗肾炎大多数有效。其疗效好坏与肾炎类型有关。紫癜性肾炎疗效最好（１００％缓解），狼疮性肾炎其次，而慢性肾病型的疗效最差。
cases of niphritis have been treated with Triptergium wilfordii Hook.10 cases of them were chronic glomerulonephritis including 7 cases of general type ,3 cases of nephrotic.22 cases of them were lupoid nephritis. 6 cases of them were purpuric. The results have shown that total remission rate of 38 cases is 39.47%,effective rate 44.7%,total effective rate is 84.21%.The treatment effectiveness is associated with the type of nephritis, the best is purpuric(remission l00%),next is lupoid,aid the worse is chronic nephirotic ones.
