摘要
胃大部切除术后功能性排空延迟综合征（ＦｕｎｃｔｉｏｎａｌＤｅｌａｙｅｄＧａｓｔｒｉｃＥｍｐｔｙｉｎｇ．ＦＤＧＥ）是指胃大部切除术后继发功能性排空障碍所引起的一组症候群。本文通过对１４例ＦＤＧＥ进行分析，其病因是胃大部切除术使支配残胃的迷走神经完全或不完全丧失功能，干扰了胃和远端空肠的正常运动，其诊断主要靠手术方式，术后迷走神经的存在情况及临床表现．Ｘ－ａｒｙ和纤维胃镜检查有助于鉴别诊断，非手术治疗是主要的解决方法。
After operation of subtotal gastrectomy,the syndrome of functional delayed gastric emptying(FDGE)is the symptomes caused by dysfunction of gastric emptying after subtotal gastrectomy.In this paper we reported and analysed l4 cases of FDGE.The cause of this syndrome was related to vagus nerves of stomach and its branches functionless partially or entirely to interfere with normal movements of stomach and distal jejunum,the main diagonstic method depends upon the procedures of operation,the pathway of vagus nerves and appearance of clinical features,X-ray films and fibric gastroscopic examinations.
