摘要
选择停经３４～６３天健康早孕妇女２３０例用药物终止早孕。结果显示完全流产率８８．３％；不全流产率５．２％；失败率６．５％。与国内其它报道相似。且Ｂ超对药物流产前后的诊断是重要的辅助手段。
cases of amenia 34～63 days healthy women with early pregnancy were treated by mifepristone co-administered with misopristol to terminate their pregnancy.The complete abortion rate was 88.3%,the incomplete abortion rate was 5.2%.The failure rate was 6.5% which is similar with the result from other domestic articles. B-type ultrosound examination is very useful for diagnosis before and after the treatment.
