摘要
对２２例类风湿性关节炎（ＲＡ）病人进行双盲法观察瑞得（Ｒｉｄａｕｒａ）疗效，６个月后结果显示：瑞得治疗组病人晨僵、关节痛／压痛数、关节肿胀数，握力、血沉、类风湿因子等观察指标，治疗后较治疗前均有明显改善，而安慰剂组除关节痛／压痛数外，其它指标均无明显改善。长期随访３年的１０例ＲＡ病人在临床指标和Ｘ线检查结果上仍显示较好的疗效，且治疗过程中未发现严重药物副作用。
The curative efect of Ridaura was observed by double-blind in 22 patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis.It was showed that there were clear superiority on morning stiffness,numbers of pain/tenderness and swe llen in joints,mean grip strength,ESR and RF in the Ridaura group,and no superiority beside the numbers of pain/tenderness in joints on the placebo group after 6 months treatment.10 cases of the Ridaura group have underwent a 3 years longterm follow up.The curative effect in the clinical and X-ray was also good.There was no serious side-effect during the treatment.
