摘要
对１８７例新生儿窒息高危因素分析表明，高危妊娠与新生儿窒息密切相关，其新生儿窒息发生率（７．０％）明显高于正常妊娠新生儿窒息发生率（３．１％）。降低高危妊娠新生儿窒息率的重要环节是加强围产保健，提高胎儿监护水平。
According to the statistic result of 187cases of asphyxia neonatorum shows aclose relationship between the high risk pregnancy and asphyxia neonatorum, that the incidence of the asphyxia neonatorum in high risk pregnancy is 7.o%which is much higher than that in the normal pregnancy is 3.1%, The key to reduce the incidence of asphyxia is to pay attention to the perinatal period care and intencire the monitoring of the newborn.
