摘要
本文报告由健康人外周血制备ＬＡＫ细胞，体外经ｒＩＬ－２诱导、培养、扩增及其细胞形态学的情况。结果表明：ＬＡＫ细胞培养１～３天数目未见明显增加，从第４天起逐渐扩增；第１５天可达增殖高峰，增加约１６倍左右；培养３～５天后细胞逐渐变大，表面不光滑，有指状突起，伸出伪足，细胞内染色质变粗糙，可见有丝核分裂。
The preparation of LAK cells with peripheral blood of health human was reported.It also concerns the situation of introduction, culture proliferation and morphologic changes.The results showed that during the culture in the first to third day,the number of LAK cells did not increase obviously,at the fourth day the number increased gradualy,and at the 15th day,it ceuld get a peak of culture,increasing about 16 times,From the 3-5 day,the cells were remarkably larger in size and most of them got protuberance on surface,like tentacle or pseudopodium.
