摘要
本文介绍腈纶纤维，在现有棉纺设备（粗纱机细纱机）条件下，采用正交试验法对工艺参数：粗纱捻系数、细纱后区牵伸、细纱后区握持距进行大量工艺试验，优选最佳纺纱工艺参数。然后，用于生产提高腈纶纱的条干。
The optimal spinning process in conducted in this article based on large quantities of processing experiments,the research of the properties of acrylic fiber and making use of the present equipments.
