摘要
介绍一种能够精确测量轴承摩擦力矩的实验装置的结构、实验方法、数据处理公式及误差分析等.该装置测量精度高,重复性好.摩擦力矩和轴承载荷的测量误差<0.3%,偏心矩测量精度0.1μp,偏位角误差也很小.
his paper presents an experimental device which can measure precisely the frictional torque of bearings. The structure of this device, the experimental methods, the formulas todeal with the experimental data, and the analysis of errors are also discussed. The accuracy andreliability of this apparatus are excellent. The errors of frictional torque and bearing load are lessthan 0. 3%. The accuracy of eccentricity is 0. 1 μm and the error of attitude angle is small enoughtoo.
