摘要
视平行分度凸轮机构各参数原始误差为随机变量,用概率统计法推导了该机构进行误差分析与综合的通用公式;给出了计算机构各参数的误差影响系数以及在给定机构从动件许用误差时各参数误差分配的一般方法;分析了机构各参数以及从动件不同运动规律对输出精度的影响;通过实例分析,首次提出避免机构冲击从而提高机构极限转速的设计思路.
The original'errors of mechanism parameters are random variables. This paper proposes a universal formula for error analysis and synthesis and a method for parameter tolerance formulating. Through an example of a parallel indexing earn, an idea to increase the speed limit of mechanism is suggested and the influence of parameters change or the law of motion of different followers are analysed. Some beneficial conclusions for engineering are reached.
