摘要
针对渤海SZ36-1油田井口导管架平台的柱腿及其隔水导管群在设计冰况条件下所受冰力进行冰力模型试验.试验表明,由冰的阻塞和堆积引起冰排的组合型式破坏,测得的各种情况下的冰力值均小于原设计冰力,试验遵守模型相似律,试验方案、测量技术及数据分析达到工程要求标准,结果通过技术鉴定和验收.设计部门据此修改原设计冰力的取值,为平台重新送交国际标准检验部门检验提供依据.
The model tests on the effect of ice forces on the columns and conductor cluster of a well-protecting platform under design ice conditions for the SZ36-l oil field are investigated in the paper. The ice jamming, blocking and piling with the resulting combined failure modes of ice sheet in front of the platform are observed. The values of ice forces measured in the tests are smaller than those used in the platform design. The tests were planned and carried out according to the similitude law, and the procedures of the tests, the technique of measurement and the acquisition and analysis o'f the measured data are all in conformity with the engineering requirements. The results are finally accepted by the designer, and the original values of the design ice forces are revised. The platform design was then passed in the DnV verification, giving a big efficiency in both economy and technology.
