摘要
采用麻醉大鼠十二指肠袢法研究PGE_2对^(65)Zn吸收和分布的影响。结果0.1％PGE_2对^(65)Zn的吸收率无明显影响,但可使十二指肠壁内含量增高。而肠袢腔内残留量显著减少,与对照组比较P<0.01。提示PGE_2可促进^(65)Zn向肠壁内转运。
The effects of prostaglaridin E2(PGE2) on the intestinal absorption and tissue distribution of 65Zn in rats using ligated duodenal loops were observed. 0.1 % PGE2 adminstrated intraduodenally (0. 5ml) with 65Zn 1 hour before the animals were killed. The results showed that the contents of 65Zn in blood ,liver, spleen .kidney and heart were decreased in PGE2 group,but there were no significant differences in comparison with the con-trol group. However.PGE2 caused a decrease in zinc content of lumen and an increase in mucosal re.sidue(P< 0. 01). These results mdicated that Zn absorption was incri'ased in fact -hut its transfer frorn mtestimil wall tu blood seemed to be decreased. Thesf findings provided scientifio basis for research that PGE2 prornoted zinc transfer to inte.stirial wall.
