摘要
分析了储槽内混合工质的泄漏过程.着重计算泄漏对储槽内工质浓度的影响.结果表明,汽相泄漏对浓度的影响要比液相泄漏大得多;储槽的初始充满度对浓度变化影响不大;随着环境温度的降低,汽相泄漏对浓度的影响将明显增大.这些结论对研究制冷与热泵系统中的混合工质泄漏和灌注方式具有参考价值.
in this paper, the leakage process in a tank with a nonazeotropic mixture hasbeen analysed theoretically. The effects of vapour and liquid leakage on the concentration in thetank have been discussed under various conditions. The simulation shows that the effect of vapourleakage on the concentration is much greater than liquid leakage and increases obviously as thetemperature of the tank goes down. But the relationship between the vapour leakage fraction andtank concentration does not change remarkably at different initial charges. Only using some nearazeotropic mixtures, the concentration in the tank seems unchanged during the process of vapourleakage. It is certain that this investigation is of value in studying leakage of refrigeration or heatpump systems and finding a simple way to charge the systems with refrigerant mixtures.
