摘要
采用完全动态硫化技术，制备了ＰＶＣ／ＣＲ共混型热塑性弹性体。探讨工艺条件、橡塑化、硫化剂及软化剂用量对共混体性能的影响：并考察了不同类型的第三组份对ＰＶＣ和ＣＲ的增容作用，同时还对共混体的挤出加工性能进行了研究。
VC/CR blended thermopastic elastomers prepared by fully dynamic vulcanization was studidd in this paper.The effects of the processing conditions, blending ratio and dosage of the vulcanizing agent and plasticizer on the mechanical properties of the blends were discussed, and the compatibilizing effect of several kinds of the third componentson PVC and CR was also tested.The experiment on the extruding behavior shows that the extruded articles have good appearence.
