摘要
论述了蝶阀阀芯橡胶密封件用耐食油胶料的配方设计。结果表明，硫化体系选用低硫高促，防老体系选用酚类防老剂，补强填充体系选用粒径较大的炉黑和沉淀法白炭黑，胶料各种性能良好，满足了用户要求．
Relating to formula design of cooking oil resistant compound for seals of butterfly vlve core and the results have shown that a better property can only be achieved by selecting lower sulfur and higher accelerator content in curing system, phenolic antioxidant in antioxidant system and bigger particle diameter furnace black and precipitated white black in filling system.
