摘要
在虎红平板凝集抗原研制成功的基础上，又建立了微量凝集试验（Ｍｉｃｒｏ－ａｇｇｌｕｔｉｎａｔｉｏｎｔｅｓｔ，ＭＡＴ）血清学诊断方法，对狐狸阴道加德纳氏菌（ＧａｒｄｎｅｒｅｌｌａｖａｇｉｎａｌｉｓｏｆＦｏｘ，ＧＶＦ）病进行血清抗体检测，试验结果表明，该抗原复重性好，阳性检出率为９４．３％，敏感度比虎红平板凝集抗原高５．１倍，两方法符合率为９５％，在确定的试验标准中，微量凝集抗原无交叉反应，是诊断狐狸阴道加德纳氏菌感染的又一血清学特异方法。
On the bas is of Rose bengal plate agglutination antigen developed success,we established againmicroaggluination non test in order to measure serum antibady of Gardncrella vaginal is of fox,the res.results showed that the antigen was good repeatablity,the Positlyc rate was 94.3%, sensitiyity was 5.1 times higher than Rose bengal plate agglutination test.Coincidence of two methods was 95%. According to the determined standard.no cross reaction occured in the test. It was another serological specific method for diagnosis Gardncrella vaginalis disease pf fox.
