摘要
本研究从理论上建立了“患者”-中空纤维型人工肾系统传质动力学的单室模型。该模型考滤了超滤对溶质清除率及体液体积的影响,具有较为普遍的意义。向犬体注入尿素和肌酐代替患者进行血液透析的活体实验,经对实验数据进行拟合,获得了模型参数G和V_B(0),并与生理值进行了比较。
<ABSTRACT>
This paper established theoretically a single compartment model of
mass transfer dynamics in the system of patient-hollow-fiber artificial
kidney with ultrafiltration. Because the model considered the influence of
ultrafiltration on solute clearance as well as body fluid volume change,
it has universal significance. In author's experiment, in vivo experiments
were perfomed by injecting urea and creatine into dogs pbody. By fitting
the experimental data, the model parameters G and VB (0) were obtained
as well as useful conclusion after comparing the model parameters with
the physiological values.
