摘要
本文提出了一种使用微计算机定量分析体外培养神经元生长、发育过程的方法。首先,将培养神经元发育的动态过程成象并量化后送入计算机,再从该数字图象序列中逐帧分割出神经元细胞体,提取轴突和树突,经整理和压缩后,得到二值化的神经元图象序列,然后对表征细胞发育特征的形态参数,进行测量和分析。以出生不久的小猫脊髓神经元为实验样本,用本方法作了实验,实验结果与文献报道的相吻合。计算机用于培养神经元发育过程的定量分析具有速度快,精度高和客观性强的特点。
<ABSTRACT>
In this paper, computer-aided quantitative analysis for development
of neuron in culture has been established. At first, a series of frames
of dynamic process of development of neuron in culture are digitized and
inputed into the computer and then cell body, axons and dendrites were
detected from the noisy background with our specially designed algorithm
and formed a series of binary mages of the neuron. Then,some morphologi -
cal parameters are measured and analyzed automatically. Experiments with
the method was made on a sample of neuron from kitten spinal cord and
results suggest that the method can be realized on microcomputers with
quite short processing time for real-time monitoring and enough accuracy
for analysis.
