摘要
本文采用石油重质渣油,通过加压-减压两段热缩聚方法调制中间相沥青,并对其进行了收率测算,元素分析,红外光谱分析、热台偏光显微镜观查等,研究了其组成和结构。将上述纤维经单孔纺丝、预氧化、炭化处理后,利用扫描电镜研究了所得炭纤维的横截面形态结构。实验结果表明:两段式热缩聚可获得中间相含量高、收率、热稳定性及可纺性好的中间相沥青。由该沥青制备的炭纤维横截面呈洋葱皮形态结构,平均直径10μm,拉伸强度1.788GPa,断裂伸长1.1%。
Abstract In this paper, the mesophase pitch is manufactured used petroleum residuum by two-stage (pressuve-vacuum) heat condensation. The yield of metophase pitch is evaluated, and the composition and the structure of mesophase pitch are studied by the means of elemental analysis, FT-IR, polarized light microscop with hot-stage. The carbon fiber are abtained through melt-spining, oxidization,carbonizatom from above mesophase pitch.The transverse section of carbon fiber are studied by SEM, The results show, By Twostage heat treatment, the mesophase pitch with high mesophase contain and yield and good stability and spinability can obtaistre Moderate tensile-strength carbon fiber which has diameter of 10μm,tensile nnedngth of 1.788GPa elongation of 1% and onion-like tranverse section is obtained from above mesophase pitch.
