摘要
传统的斗式提升机卸料过程分析是解析法和作图法相结合手工绘制几个特征,支的卸料曲线,计算繁琐、工作量大、精度低。本文应用微机图形学原理利用计算机对高速斗式提升机的卸料过程进行了动态模拟,只需录入几个主要参数就可方便地分析卸料的全过程。
Tranditionaly,discharge of bulk material from bucket elevators is investigated byuse of analytics in combination with graphics. In that method,discharging curves of bulk ma-terial are drawed manLially throtigh determiniiig a few characteristic points in the bucket。Thus,it is complex to calculate,crtide in precision and timeconsuming.The paper has mod-eled dynamically bulk material discharge from high-speed bucket elevators using micrograph-ics by computer.So it becomes simple to analyze entrie proced,ure of discharging of materialonly by inputting main parameters of bucket elevators.
