摘要
本文从理论上分析了Y528型螺旋锥齿轮铣齿机床修正机构的附加运动,论述了它的调整计算原理。指出了该机床辅助调整的复杂性和数控改造的必要性。改造后的YK528型机床具有良好的人机界面,可大大方便工人的操作,节省辅助调整时间,提高产品质量和机床的生产率。
This paper analysed the amendment mechanism’s addition motion of the modelY528 spiral bevel gear milling toolth machine in theory and expounded it’s adjusting and cal-culating principie. The complexity of assist adjust ment and the necessitv of reform with nu-meric control technique are Pointed out. The Y528 machine tool have a good man-machineinterface after it has been reformed. It can be convenienfly operatde by worker. It can reduceassisting adjust time and raise products quality and productivity of machine tool.
