摘要
本文应用热力学能量方程,推导出一种伴有相态变化的热传导焓式有限元求解公式。该方法的主要思路是在整个区域(包括液相、固相及两相界面)建立一个统一方程,用有限元法直接离散热焓场,利用数伍方法求出热焓分布,然后根据热烙与温度之间的关系确定温度场和两相界面。通过对铸件凝固过程分析证明了该方法的正确性。
by using energy equation of thermodyntqmics,the formulation of the thermocoduc-tion enthalpy finite element with phase change can be obtained.The tiniform enthaply formu-lation is set up on the whole area that includes the liquid phase afid the boundary of the twophases to obtain the distribution of the enthaply.Furthermore,the field temperature and the boundary of the two phases are determined by the relationship between enthaply and temper-ture. This method has been proved to be correct by analyzing the process of cast condensa-tion.
