摘要
本文着重研究了不锈钢着色工艺的光亮性、均匀性、牢固性及重现性的影响因素，探讨分析了有效的解决方法。实验表明：预处理是解决不锈钢着色的色膜均匀、光亮、牢固性的关键，而色膜的耐磨性则取决于正确的坚膜处理。色膜的重现性，除与上述各因素有关外，依据电位配色的原理，选择促使具有明显起色电位的添加剂至关重要。这样，不仅使不锈钢色调的重现性得到有效的控制，还提高了染色膜的质量，加速染色膜的形成速度，为不锈钢着色的工业生产提供了有利条件。该工艺能获色泽有十几种，并可随意选择。膜层并具良好的耐磨损、抗污染、耐腐蚀不变色的特点。
This paper studied the effect factor on the brightnes,uniformity,firmness and reproduction of coloring of stainless steel, taked the effective methods of solving.The result shows that the pretreatment is the key for sloving the unifor-mity,brightness and firmness of coloring of stainless steel, and the abradability of color film is decided by the firmly treatment.The reproduction of color film needs additive which has obvious potential of coloring according to color matching method.Using the additive,not only the reproduction of stainles steel’s color can be controlled,but also the quality and effective of coloring can be raised.This pro-cess provided a powerful condition for commercial run of coloring stainless steel.The color obtained with this method has many kinds,and the abradability,stain resistance and corrosion stability is excellent.
