摘要
对水平椭圆管内相变材料接触熔化过程进行了研究。根据椭圆作图法则,将其分段圆弧化后,利用Nusselt液体边界层理论,对紧密接触熔化区的液体传热与运动进行了分析。求得管内固体熔化速度、熔化率及平均Nusselt数。讨论了影响它们的诸因素,所得结果包含了圆管时的结论。
Contact melting processes of phase change materials (PCMs) inside a horizontal elliptical tube are analysed. According to the law of ploting ellipse. the ellipse is approximately constructed by several circular arcs. Then the heat transfer and motion of the liquid melted in contact region are analysed by film theory. The melting velocity. melting rate of the solid and ayerage Nusselt number are obtained. and the effects on these parameters are discussed. The results include that for melting inside a horizontal cylindrical tube.
