大脑中动脉梗塞后大鼠体感诱发电位的变化 被引量:2

摘要 利用“大脑中动脉阻塞模型”,以体感诱发电位(SEPs)潜伏期为指标,观察了大鼠大脑中动脉阻塞前后,及阻塞后2小时、4小时的体感诱发电位各值结果,发现大脑中动脉阻塞后2小时、4小时SEPs的潜伏期明显延长。与假手术组比较有明显差异。提示SEPs的潜伏期随梗塞时间延长而延长,说明诱发电位可能是诊断局灶性脑缺血的一个重要指标。 The model of focal cerebral ischemia was established by occluding high middlc cere-bral artery(MCAO ),the changcs of somatoevoke potential(SEP)latency were observcd at afferenttimes(Before and 2h,4h after the occlusion).Thc results showed that latency of SEP was significantlyinereased at 2h, 4h after MCAO conparing with those of sham opcration group and the prcoperation(P<0.0l),It suggests that the latency of SEP opeartly delay following MCAO,SEP may be an importantindicator in diagnosing focal cerebral ischemia.
