摘要
介绍１８例先天性空回肠闭锁的治疗，提出如病人情况允许应尽量行一期肠切除，斜端吻合术；对合并肠穿孔一般情况较差者，可行小肠端侧吻合，近端肠造口术，这样能提高患儿成活率。
The present study is cincerned about the treament for 18 patients with congenital a-tresia of jcjumum and ilum. It is suggested 2that the primary cnterectomy and obligue end anstomosisshould be execuied as much as possible if the conitions of paticnts are permissivc.TO patients with enter-obrosis in bad conditions,intestinal end-to-side anstomosis and prximal ent rostomy should be operat-ed so that the subsistance rate can be raised.
