摘要
各种类型的粘多糖都可累及心血管系统及全身其他多个系统。在４例经临床特征性症状与体征、ｘ线表现和实验室检查证实为粘多糖病ＩＩＢ型病例的超声显象检查中，发现二尖瓣和主动脉瓣均有不同程度的增厚，二尖瓣前叶左房面有赘生物样回声附着；胰腺均表现有不同程度的增大。由于能够排除其他病变形成的瓣膜赘生物及胰腺病变，可以认为二尖瓣赘生物样回声的形成及胰腺的增大也是粘多糖病内脏受累的表现。
It has been reported that all forms of mucopolysaccharidosis can involve the cardiovas-cular and other systems. In our ultrasonic study, the mitral vale vegetation and nancreas enlargementwere found in four patients who were comfirmed to have mucopolysaccharidosis IIB,by clinical,radiolog-ical and laboratory data. All of the vegetations were located on the atrioside of anterior mitral leafletswith the thickening of the mitral and aortic valve. Enlargement of the pancreatic head was found in 3caes and,the pancreatic head and tail in l case,Because some other diseases can be excluded,it wasthought that the formation of mitral valve vegetatlon and pancreas enlargement were also the appear-ance of involvement of viscera in mucopolysaccharidosis.
