摘要
对血气分析仪和手工法的酶法、滴定法、酚红比色法四种碳磁氢根测定法进行了方法学评价。认为酚红比色法具有简便快速、结果准确（与血气法（ｘ）比较回归方程ｙ＝０．９７３ｘ＋０．５０１，ｒ＝０．９９１８，ｎ＝１２４），精密度好（ｏｃｖ２．５８％，ＲＣＶ３．１８％）、灵敏度高、经济实用等特点，优于ＷＨＯ推荐的滴定法。
serum samples were determined for bicarbonate concentration,each with fourdifferent methods :blood gas analyser ,enzymatic method,titrating method and phenol red photospectrumetry was quicker and more accurate. The regression equation is y=0.973x+ 0.501,r=0.9918.The accuracy was Ocv=2.58%,Rcv=3.18%,Therefore the phenol red photospectrumetry is betterthan the titrating method recommended by WHO.
