摘要
报道食管癌、贲门癌切除术后，因预防性应用止血药并发脑血栓形成２例，骼股静脉血栓形成４例，占预防性应用止血药的８．３％（６／７２）。其原因为患者均系老年，中晚期恶性肿瘤，大手术时间长，创伤大，血容量补充不足，使病人处于高校的基础状态，大量使用止血芳酸（ＰＡＭＢＡ）或其他止血药导致发生血管栓塞性疾病。
lants are used for preventing postoperative hemorrhage of the esophago一gastriC cancer.There are 2 patients with cerebral thromboses and 4 pa- tients with iliac femora thrombosis , complication rate is 8.3%(6/72).The causes of high agglutination :these patients ranged in age 61 to 68 years; malignant tumour; wounds large; blood volume not enough and a Iot of coagulants are used.
