摘要
本文对涤纶碱性染色存在的分散染料耐碱性问题作了研究，从工厂常用分散染料中筛选出了部分适用于碱性染色的染料；并对涤纶碱性染色时染料的移染性、前处理退浆程度对染色质量的影响、纤维表面浮色量和纤维表面结晶低聚物量作了分析。
In this paper,the alkaline resistance of disperse dyes is studied and the dyes suited for alkaline dyeing are screened out from disperse dyes used commonly. The migration properties of disperse dyes,the influence of residual sizes on dyeing, and the amount of dyes and oligomers on polyester fibre surface are also analysed.
