摘要
对ELISA检测人血清弓形体IgG、IgM抗体进行了研究。450份孕妇血清中,ELISA阳性率显著高于IHA;抗体滴度分折,ELISA一般高于IHA2～10倍。25份ELISA IgG抗体阳性血清,IFA检出19份;3份IgM抗体阳性和2份IgG、IgM抗体均阳性血清,IFA分别检出2份。2份阴性和4份含不同抗体滴度的阳性血清于第一次测定后,第7天和第21天测定的阴、阳性结果一致,OD值变异系数为2.43～16.52％。39份阳性血清抗体滴度与OD值呈直线比例关系(r=0.991,P<0.0005)。结果表明,ELISA用于弓形体感染的血清学诊断具有较好的实用性。
An enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was developed for the detection of IgG and IgM to toxoplasma gondii in human sera. Of 450 sera from pregnant women, the positive rate detected by ELISA was significantly higher than that by indirect haemagglutination (IHA) and antibody titres in ELISA were 2-10 times higher than in IHA. Of 25 IgG antibody positive sera detected by ELISA, 19 were positive by immunofluorescence assay (IFA). 3 IgM and 2 both IgG and IgM positive sera in ELISA, 2 were positive in IFA respectively. The results of positive or negative detected on the 7th and 21th day after the 1st time detection of 2 negative and 4 positive with varying antibody titres were consistent, and the coefficients of variation of absorbance value were 2. 43-16. 52% . A linear curve was ob-lained when antibody tilres of 39 posilive sera were plotted against their absorbance value (r=,0. 991 ,P <0. 0005). We conclude that the ELISA is practicable for the serodiagnosis of toxoplasma gondii infection.
