摘要
本文是1986～1988年在1471份人弓形体抗体调查中,选择其中12例阳性者的病原学研究。阳性患者是从事屠宰、饲养人员。方法是采静脉血,小白鼠腹腔接种。结果分离出4株弓形体。另外还进行了弓形体体外4℃和1.5％来苏液中存活时间的观察。
This article reports twelve positive cases of human toxoplasma antibody selected from 1471 cases from 1986 to 1988.The patients are butchers and rai-sers.The method is withdrawing blood from patient's veins and injecting it into mouse abdomen. Four strains of toxoplasma are isolated. It's living conndition in 4℃ and 1.5% lysol are observed.
