旋毛虫幼虫抗原接种小鼠诱发保护性免疫的研究 被引量:7

Immunization of Mice with Antigen of Trichinella Spiralis Larvae that Induce A Protective Immunity

摘要 本文就旋毛虫幼虫可溶性抗原接种小鼠诱发保护性免疫进行了研究,结果:两组免疫小鼠的成虫减虫率分别为41.3%和34.7%,肌肉幼虫的减虫率61.5%和44.8%,抗旋毛虫抗体水平明显升高,GMRT比对照组高119倍。免疫组的白细胞移动率为57%和63%,血液嗜酸性粒细胞显著增多,肌肉幼虫囊包周围炎症反应面积增大。实验表明旋毛虫幼虫可溶性抗原可诱发特异性细胞免疫和体液免疫,对攻击感染具有明显的保护作用。 Following injections of soluble larvae antigen of T. spiralis, the protective immunity against challenge infection in the mice was studied. The result were as follows: Adult worms were reduced 41.3% and 34.7%, muscle larvae were reduced 61.5% and 44.8% in the immunized Grows I and II respectively. The antibody level rised significantly and the GMRT was 119 times higher than the control. The leukocyte migration rate was 57% and 63% in immunized mice. The'unmber of eosinophils was significantly higher and inflammatory area around the muscular larvae cyst of T. spiralis was significantly i-ncreased as compared with that of the control.The results showed that the larvae antigen of T, spiralis could induce specific cellular and humoral immunity which resulted in significant protection against challenge infection.
