摘要
本文报告用硫酸鱼精蛋白结合高浓度盐溶液方法从感染鼠脑组织中提取用于EHF间接ELISA的病毒抗原,对抗原提取条件进行了研究,并成功地将提取的病毒抗原用于检测HFRS病人血清特异性IgG抗体的间接ELISA。
A method for partial purification of HFRS virus antihen from infected suckling mice brains was developed by using protamine sulfate combined with high concentrition of sodium chloride. Conditions for antigen purification were described and the partially purified antigen was succesfully used in indirect ELISA to detect the specific IgG antibody of patients suffuring from HFRS.
