一种双流多级酒精连续发酵流加罐的优化设计方法

摘要 酒精连续发酵属于多流多级连续发酵,通常采用双流多级流程。本文以获得最大基质消耗速率为优化目标,依据Monod方程确定流加罐最佳控制条件,使其体积最小。这种方法可以克服作图法[1]精度不高,只能用于单流多级连续发酵设计;以及两种典型形式的动力学模型需要大量实验数据[2],[3],难以用于多流多级连续发酵优化设计的缺陷,并可推广到双流以上的多流多级连续发酵流加罐的优化设计。本文进行了实例计算。 Taking the maximum rate of substance consuption as the optimal aim,based on Monod Equation to determine the optimal control conditions of additional feed fermentator,the author makes a smallest fermentator in size.The approach can be used to solve the problem of low accuracy caused by illustating method[1] which can only be used to design multistage continuous fermentator with one single stream. And this approach can remedy the defect that two typical kine ctics models[2],[3] need a number of experimental data.And this approach can be spread in optimal desigh of multistage continuous fermentator with multifeed streams.The practical calculation is conducted in the paper.
