摘要
本文论述了在市场机制下，运用现行环境经济手段保护环境出现的新问题，针对当前经济政策的实际情况，探讨了若干与社会主义市场经济相适应的环境经济手段，并提出了一些建议。
The essay discusses the new problems of which the present economic measures are used under the socialist marketeconomy system It also argues about some environmental economy measures adapting to the market economy. Some proposals areput forward.
