摘要
在全自动化制造系统中,为了保证系统运行的稳定性、可靠性,必须对刀具磨损进行在线监视。声发射是近年来刀具监视研究中发展的最重要的技术之一。本文用时间序列的分析方法对刀具切削中的声发射信号建立自回归模型,用线性判别函数进行类别分析实现对工具的监视实验证明,所用方法是可行的。
In fully automatic manufacturing system, on-line monitoring tool wears process is necessary in order to ensure the stability and reliability of the system. Acoustic emission is one of the most important techniques recently developed for on-line cutting tool monitoing. This paper discusses the monitoring of cutting tool wears, modeling an autoregressive of time-series and using linear discriminant function to classification analysis. Experiments prove the method proposed is available.
