摘要
一般条件下,硫醇不与氮氧方酸正丁酯反应.用碱把硫醇转变成相应的负离子后可以亲核取代氮氧方酸正丁酯的丁氧基,在环丁烯二酮的碳环上导入烃硫基;制得了六个氮硫方酸酯2a~2d.3和4.相同条件下,苯硫酚与氮氧方酸正丁酯不反应.
In general ,mercaptans not reacted with n-butyl nitrogenoxosquarate.After themercaptan was transformed into anion by base, the subetitution nucleophilic process of butoxy of n-butyl nitrogenoxosquarate can be took place,and the thioalkyl group could be introduced into thefour carbon ring of the cyclobutendione. Six nitrogen sulfur squaric acid esters 2a~2d,3 and 4 wereprepared.In the same case,thiophenol not reacted with n- butyl nitrogenoxosquarate.
