摘要
农业资源与产业发展方向的优化配置有其自身的必然规律，人为科学的干预，可促进生产力的发展。该文通过对黄土高原长武王东沟试验区，及长武县的经济生产过程，农业资源与生产力发展水平的分析，提出了黄土高原沟壑区目前，甚至今后一个时期内的产业发展方向。其内容包括提高粮食单产；开发沟坡资源；活跃多种经营与农村工副业。这一产业发展方向对无工不富的观念构成挑战，其科学性在长武试验区、长武县“七五”、“八五”的生产实践中得到了验证。
The optimum disposition of agricultural resources and industrial development directionhas its innate law.Artificial positive effect can accelerate the development of productivity.Theauthor presented industrial development direction in hilly area of loess plateau in current even acoming duration through analysis to economic productive process,agricultural resources and pro-ductivity level in Changwu experimental area and Changwu county,including to raise grainyield,to develop gully-hilly resources,to animate a diversified economy and rural industry andsideline occupation.This direction formed a challenge to the idea of no rich without industry,andwas tested and verified in productive practical in Changwu experimental area and Changwu coun-ty in the course of seventh and eighth five year plan.
