羊湖电站砂石筛分场设计方案优化与施工

Optimization of Design Scheme and Construction of Aggregate Screening Plant of Yamzho Yumco Pumped Storge Plant

摘要 1989年羊湖电站复工后对原设计的砂石筛分场场址进行了优化比较,对结构形式进行了重大修改即皮带机支撑系统的木结构和筛分楼的钢筋混凝土结构均都改为钢结构.与此同时,对皮带机的驱动装置和拉紧装置也进行了改进.科学合理地对原设计方案的重大修改取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益,只用了3个月就建成了筛分系统,满足了工程需要,节省工程投资近百万元. The Yamzho Yumco Lake Pumped Storage Plant was re - constructed with optimalcomparison of the site of aggregate screening plant in original design and great modification of structure form in 1989, the wood structure of supporting system of band conveyor and the reinforced concrete structure of screening plant were revised as steel structure. At the same time, the driving andtaking-up devices were also improved. Both better social and ecomomic benefits were gotten throughthe reasonable and great modification for the original design. The screening system was completedwithin 3 month. About million yuan investmemt were saved.
