摘要
以BorlandC++3.1为主要编程语言,在微机上设计并实现了洪灾遥感信息分析系统软件(FHAS),系统的主要功能包括遥感信息的输入输出、预处理、配准、增强、专题信息提取、分类及信息复合等.在淮河流域一个试验区对该系统进行了验证,取得了效果.
Based on having analysed the current achievements, the flood hazard analysis system using remote sensing information (FHAS) is preliminary established. The system is designed for microcomputer and completed by using Borland C++ 3. 10. The main function, design and principle implementation of FHAS system are described in this paper. Its main functions consist of the information imput,pre-processing, registration, enhancement, feature abstraction, clssification, overlay and combination. The test-area of 512×512 pixels (about 563×563 km2) sub-image in Huaihe watershed is selected for application of NOAA/AVHRR data to the matic information extraction studies and the test studies in Huaihe watershed have achieved good results.
