摘要
以普通微机和通用模数转换板等硬件构成汽车起动电视异常噪声监测系统,对起动过程中起动电机的异常噪声进行在线监测与诊断。针对起动电机工作时间短、升速快的特点,本系统利用光电编码器、模数转换板等装置对起动电机进行转速跟踪并对其噪声进行阶比采样,进而利用阶比分析方法提取起动电机噪声信号中的特征信息.对异常噪声进行快速识别,以达到自动检测故障起动电机的目的。该系统进一步完善后,可望完全取代现有的“人耳听诊”检测方式,以提高检测的可靠性和自动化水平。
This paper deals with an abnormal noise monitoring system for a car-starter that consistsmainly of a common microcomputer and an A/D converter. It can monitor and diagnose abnormalnoise of starters on-line during the starting process. In order to attain the goal of examining starters an,tomatically, the system uses a photoelectric coder and an A/D converter and keePS the track of rotatingspeed, Performs order ratio sampling in accordance with the features of starter short working processand rapid acceleration. lustly, the system collects and claSSifies noise chracteristics of the starter byuse of order ratio analyais. After further modifications, the system may entirely replace the Present 'ear listening diagnoise' and make the starter examination more reliable and automatic.
