摘要
并(狸)殖吸虫病系一种人兽共患疾病,早在1879年mger于台湾地区首次由病人尸检中从肺脏发现这种吸虫(通称肺吸虫),同时Manson在厦门从一名到过台湾地区的患者血痰内查获该种虫卵,此后我国科学工作者对本病进行了广泛调查与研究,现将1949-1994年729篇科学文献综合报道如下.
to the published reports there were 28 species(subsp.)of 3 genera namely Paragomimas,Pagvmugmimrasand Eaparagmimas,but some of them were synonym ptobably.The geographical distribution of these species are in 21 provinces of hina.P.westermani(P.w)and P.skrjabini(P.s)are the important pathogenic worms.This disease distributed as spot or part of a place in shape or zoonoses only.The morphology of egg or later stage worm of 11 species were further observed under scanning and transmissive electromicroscope.39 species of 10 genera and 53 species of 13 genera of fresh water snail and crab respectively for intermediate host had been discovered.19 and 7 kinds of reservior host,3 and 4 different paratenic hosts of P.w and P.s respectively had been known now.Among the chromosome study of 10 species of Purugonimas there were 2n and 3n in P.w and 2n in others.The results of study on protein,his-tochemosubstance,isoenzym,aminoacid.McAb and DNA of probe showed that worr species would be identified significantly.There were many ways of paragonimiasis infection extending the traditional metacercaria to the directive cercaria and paratenis juvenile by mouth.Acuwading to species,stage and chromosome of worm as well as the pathological position and patient's condition the clinical symptom of paragonimiasis might be classified.The tissues were penctraced and destroyed by worm that might be divided generally into three stages as cavity formation,polycavity and small abscess of passageway each other and scar of diffusible adhesion.Studies on the growth and decline of the serum antibody and antigen analysis were the basement of immunodiagnosis.X-ray examination,scanning of EEG and ECG were physical diagnosis of the disease.With the passage of time there were chloroquine.emetine,hexachlorophene and praziquantel for paragonimiasis treatment.The effect of praziquantel to worm was studied.
