摘要
本文在30具成人尸体上观测了腓深神经、胫前动脉和静脉等。结果表明切取带胫前血管的腓深神经中段以下部分移植修复周围神经干缺损是可行的,具有神经干粗细较适宜、血管粗大易吻合、切取后对下肢功能影响小等优点。
On 60 sides of adult cadavers weinvestigated the deep peroneal nerveand its blood supplier,the anteriortibial artery.The results showed thatit is applicable to take the middleand lower segments of the deepperoneal nerve with the anterior tib-ial vessels for grafting to repair theperipheral nerve defect.
