摘要
用大鼠作为实验模型,切除6mm 坐骨神经,用骨骼肌桥接修复神经缺损,术后12周用 HRP 逆行示踪法,见到脊髓腰段前角和腰下部后根神经节内出现标记细胞,证实肌桥能修复周围神经的连续性.
