摘要
本文应用超声显象法,将胰腺周围大血管的起(止)点垂直投影并标记在腹壁上,然后分别测量量各投影点与腹中线或脐水平线的距离,用此方法对112例正常成人的胰周大血管作了体表定位,这一结果对医学影象诊断有一定参考意义。
Using ultrasonographic demonstrationmethod,the commencement and term-ination of every great vessel near thepancreas could be projected perpandi-cularly and signed on the surface ofthe abdominal wall.The distancesbetween the projecting point of everygreat vessel and mid abdominal lineor umblical horizontal line were thenmeasured.The marks of the greatvessels around pancreas on 112 adultswere located with this method.It isconsidered to be helpful to image dia-gnosis.
