摘要
研究背景放射性核素心脏显像在国外已广泛应用于临床心脏病的研究，但国内报告甚少，且国内外均缺乏儿科正常值。研究方法正常儿童５３例，病毒性心肌炎４２例。应用放射性核素多门电路心血池显像测定受检者左、右室收缩和舒张功能，并用时相分析显示相角程和传导图，同时观察室壁活动。研究结果小儿心脏功能正常值为ＬＶＥＦ０．６３±０．０７、ＲＶＥＦ０．４７±０．０６、ＭＥＲ２．９８±０．５５、ＭＦＲ２．６３±０．５６。心肌炎患儿上述指标均降低，相角程变宽，３５／４２例室壁活动减弱，经治疗后以上指标又有所恢复。结论放射性核素心脏显像测定心脏功能指标多，安全可靠，且可成为小儿病毒性心肌炎的诊断及判断病情程度的指标。
Background Heart image by radial nucleus has been used wildly to reaserch clinical heart disease abroad,but seldom reported in our country,and there are no normal values at home and abroadboth.Methods Normal children 53,Virus myocarditis children 42.Heart image by radial nucleus multipledoor electric circuit surveys left and right ventricle systolic and diastolic function of children,and by phasical analysis to show phasical angle velocity and conduction diagram,simultanously observe ventrical septum movement.Results Normal values of children's cardiac function:LVEF 0.63±0.07,RVEF 0.47±0.06,MER 2.98±0.55,MFR±2.63±0.56.All of the indexes mentioned above decreased in myocarditis children,phasical angle velocity became widely, 35/42 ventricle septum movement declined.After treatment,all of the indexes recovered a bit.Conclusion Heart image by radial nucleus survey cardiac function have a lot of indexes,It's safe and reliable.It can become the indexesof diagnosis and judgement the extent to children's myocarditis.
